Wow that took some moving around for sure. I have a schedule for my time at the computer. Blogging, crossword puzzle, breakfast, TV news, computer, glass of water, crossword puzzle. Just kidding I do a regular exercises each day for shoulders and artificial knees. Great post. QMM
